Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to install and repair electrical systems on industrial machinery in our manufacturing facility in Troy, Ohio. You will install wiring, connect machines, calibrate automation equipment, and diagnose and repair electrical and electronic components with the maintenance team.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency with PLCs and control systems, and knowledge of design software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs, troubleshooting, and control systems design.

Responsibilities

• Install power wiring and conduit for new equipment.
• Connect cables between machines and equipment.
• Calibrate and operate automation equipment.
• Perform point-to-point wiring of relays, PLCs, I/Os, VFDs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic components.
• Test machines and diagnose malfunctions with maintenance team.
• Replace faulty motors, relays, switches, bearings, and sensors.
• Plan wiring layouts and install electrical apparatus in facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Uphold safety and security procedures.
