Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, automation, and robotic systems, reading schematics to identify issues and applying PLC-based troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes TPM and continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration with small teams in a heavy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Technical training or diploma in a related maintenance field.
1+ year maintenance experience with technical diploma or 5+ years with HS diploma.
Strong troubleshooting in mechanical and electrical domains.
Knowledge of TPM and preventative maintenance practices.
Ability to supervise small teams and guide others.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, automation, and robotic systems.
Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Utilize PLC systems and interfaces to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, and continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow company safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
