Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 12-hour rotating shift operations at our Wisconsin facility. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot PLCs, and support safe, efficient production.

Requires an Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering credential; 5+ years in industrial maintenance preferred, with openness to further certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering.
• Considered: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, willingness to continue education to obtain a certification/degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to unscheduled maintenance issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC systems, including Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
• Work with AC and DC drives, motors, and industrial instrumentation.
• Maintain, repair, and support upgrades to the facility’s electrical distribution and control systems.
• Perform general mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and facility systems.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
