Job summary

Green Bay Packaging - Folding Carton is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to install and maintain our plant support systems and process machinery. You’ll perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to reliability and safety across facilities.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, with a personalized development plan to build technical skills and career growth within a safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in electro-mechanical tech preferred; relevant experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, humidification) for functionality.
• Fabricate parts for repairs and upgrades.
• Address safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Maintain tool accountability and GMP compliance.
• Assist with facilities and grounds maintenance.
