Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to install and maintain plant support systems and process machinery. You will ensure smooth operation of equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and provide feedback for improvements.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing new equipment in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with PLCs, HVAC, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of professional experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, fluid, or control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install new production support systems and process machinery.
• Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems).
• Communicate and schedule production impacts with the production team.
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
• Fix safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Maintain tool accountability and comply with GMP standards.
• Assist with general facilities and grounds maintenance.
