Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industry program in a correctional setting for a potential multishift operation.
• Supervise employee/inmate workers.
• Screen, select, train and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Provide rehabilitation and self-improvement opportunities for inmates.
• Supervise activity within manufacturing operation.
• Ensure security of the workplace and safety for inmates, employees and the public.
• Serve as correctional officer in maintaining internal security.
• Supervise and perform administrative functions as assigned.
• Serve as Plant Manager when needed.
• Schedule subject to change.
