Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Equipment Operator in the United States, Philadelphia area, to safely process inbound materials using industrial equipment and to support daily facility operations. This role requires operating equipment such as excavators and loaders and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of equipment experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a rotating shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipment.
• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound materials through safe operation of industrial equipment (e.g., excavator, wheel loader, skid steer).
• Consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floor.
• Follow site housekeeping practices.
• Exterior site maintenance (litter collection, painting, snow removal, ice prevention).
• Traffic control for incoming/outgoing traffic.
• Assist facility mechanics with equipment repairs.
• Additional duties to ensure safe and efficient operations.
