Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Back Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation of industrial systems in our waste disposal process. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and support maintenance to uphold safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and experience with heavy industrial equipment. A rotating shift schedule is expected, with responsibilities extending to maintaining daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures.
• Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations
