Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred
• Technical certification in industrial operations a plus
• Industrial gas experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to operate forklift safely
• Flexibility to work shifts and extra hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Care for and steward equipment in the production facility, including compressors, pumps, filling stations, and forklifts
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good condition
• Support the flow and transport of cylinders, including filling and quality checks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities
• Participate in safety meetings and team initiatives to improve operations
