The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in plant operations or industrial maintenance. Forklift experience and a commitment to safety are highly valued, with potential shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Technical certification in industrial operations is a plus.
• Industrial gas experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Care for and steward equipment within our production facility, including compressors, pumps, filling stations, and forklifts.
• Perform routine inspections and contribute to maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Safely support the flow and transport of cylinders, including filling and quality checks.
• Bring forklift experience to move materials and products safely within the facility.
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and safety initiatives to improve operations.
