The role emphasizes teamwork, equipment care, and adherence to safety protocols. A high school diploma is required, with preference for prior plant operations or industrial maintenance experience. Midday and overtime opportunities may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred: plant operations/industrial maintenance experience
• Certification in industrial operations is a plus
• Experience operating forklifts and strong safety mindset

Responsibilities

• Care for and steward equipment in production facility including compressors, pumps, filling stations and forklifts.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to keep equipment in excellent condition.
• Support flow and transport of cylinders, including filling and quality checks, following safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance, cylinder tracking, and production activities.
• Participate in team meetings and safety initiatives.
