Sealed Air in the United States is seeking a maintenance supervisor to coordinate and oversee maintenance activities on production and facilities equipment, ensuring work is planned, scheduled and completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on facilities experience, strong supervisory skills, and excellent communication. You will work with Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Planners to keep systems running.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on facilities technical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise personnel and contractors for maintenance on production and facilities equipment.
• Plan, schedule and execute maintenance activities within budget.
• Work with Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Planners to ensure effective decision-making.
