Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a maintenance supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance on production and facilities equipment at our site in Texas. You will plan and schedule activities, manage contractors, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

The role requires hands-on facilities experience, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively across teams. This position is on-site and relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on facilities technical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises personnel and contractors to plan, schedule and execute maintenance on production and facilities equipment within budget.
• Assists with facility projects as assigned.

Job Description

Coordinates and supervises personnel and contractors to ensure that maintenance activities on production and facilities equipment are planned, scheduled and executed on schedule and within budget. Responsible for assisting with facility projects (as assigned). The candidate for this role will work with latitude and minimal oversight to ensure that effective decisions are made related to the execution of maintenance activities (scheduled and unscheduled).

The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge of the following:

• Boiler Systems
• Cooling Tower Systems
• Air Handlers
• Air Conditioning Systems
• Compressed Air Systems
• Reverse Osmosis Water Systems
• Water Treatment Systems
• Chilled Water Systems
• Effluent Water Systems
• Fire Protection Systems
• Potable and Service Water Systems

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• Plant Senior Leadership
• Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Planners
• Contractors/Vendors

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Degree required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on facilities technical experience.
• Minimum of 3 Years of supervisory experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
