Job summary

Tyson Foods in Scranton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for our River Valley Ingredients plant. The role requires understanding 110/240/480-volt systems, reading schematics, using electrical hand tools, and performing preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months of industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical knowledge or enrollment/degree in electrical field preferred.
• Willing to work shifts A, B, C, or D.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant electrical systems.
• Read schematics and install/replace conduit.
• Estimate and design basic electrical systems for installations.
• Operate heavy industrial equipment as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA/NEC codes and plant safety policies.
