Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Generalist on the Project Crew for River Valley Ingredients in Scranton, AR. The A-shift runs Sun to Wed days, performing welding, piping, and repair tasks on industrial systems with strict safety and policy compliance.

The role requires 1+ years in industrial maintenance or millwright work, willingness to travel to other facilities, and the ability to lift over 60 lbs while working in heat and cold. Training and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accumulative Industrial Maintenance or Millwright skills.
• Willing to work A, B, C or D shift and overtime including weekends.
• Must be able to lift >60 lbs and work in heat, cold and adverse weather.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, electrical repair and installation on industrial equipment.
• Operate and set up cranes, lifts and heavy equipment.
• Fabricate catwalks, handrails, and support structures.
• Remove and install rendering equipment including conveyors and pumps.
• Read policies, document information, and communicate clearly with team.
