Job summary

Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corporation in Danbury, CT is hiring an Industrial Piping Fabrication Specialist for 2nd shift (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM). You will translate blueprints into piping layouts, fabricate and assemble piping systems from carbon and stainless steel, and coordinate with trades to meet milestones.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience as a pipe fitter or fabricator, and strong knowledge of piping techniques, safety practices, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/vocational training in pipe fitting or fabrication is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a pipe fitter or fabricator in an industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of piping systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and best practices.

Clock in at noon in Danbury, CT and step into a hands-on role where precision meets momentum. As an Industrial Piping Fabrication Specialist, you’ll assemble the piping systems our team designs, packages, and ships directly from our factory floor. Your expertise keeps projects flowing—from blueprint to finished assembly—across carbon and stainless steel builds.

2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
