The Mechanical Piping Designer will support the delivery of 2D and 3D engineering & design packages for heavy industrial piping systems, including cement plants, paper mills, chemical plants, and oil & gas facilities.

Role involves development of piping, equipment arrangements, and material handling systems with coordination across disciplines,

Qualifications

• Requires 2D/3D piping design experience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate design recommendations to project team, contractors and vendors.
• Work independently or with a team to develop mechanical systems designs with quality assurance.
• Provide timely services meeting client needs and project schedules.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes.
• Ensure mechanical systems comply with safety and quality standards.
• Develop high-quality project deliverables and maintain professionalism.
• Meet deadlines with the ability to work independently or in a team.
