Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in technical drawing or related field or 4+ years of related trade experience.
• Efficiently produce project 3-D models and construction documents of mechanical and piping systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate design recommendations to project team, construction contractors and vendors in presentations, meetings, via email and phone as necessary.
• Work independently or as part of a team on projects with other technical staff to develop the mechanical systems designs, ensuring accuracy and coordination.
• Provide timely services that meet client and project schedule requirements.
• Provide excellent problem-solving skills and adapt to unique challenges innovatively.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and technology advancements.
