Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Pipe Superintendent to plan, schedule, and manage industrial mechanical construction projects up to $10M. You will coordinate activities of employees and craft supervision, ensuring adherence to equipment, procedures, and specifications.

Pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing are required. The role requires leadership in pipe trades, a willingness to travel extensively, and compliance with safety and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of piping systems experience on industrial & commercial projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role overseeing pipe craft trades.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules with General Foreman / Foreman and ensure critical activities stay on schedule.
• Oversee field activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout across energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule and report to project management.
• Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues affecting budget, quality, or schedule.
• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verify conformance of finished work and compliance with contract requirements.
