Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Mechanical Superintendent to plan, schedule, supervise, and manage industrial mechanical construction projects up to $10M in value. This role supports the Project Manager and Area/Regional Managers, requiring drug/alcohol testing as part of pre-employment and ongoing checks.

Travel up to 75% is expected. Loenbro West is the relevant business unit, with locations including Elko, NV and Moses Lake, WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction of industrial & Commercial projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman. Ensure that critical activities and decisions remain on schedule for the project management team.
• Oversee field specific activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout related to the industries that Industrial Construction serves energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
• Document project field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
• Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule.
• Supervises the daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.
