Job summary

Uniloy is seeking a Technical Parts Sales Representative to drive OEM replacement parts revenue by applying mechanical knowledge to diagnose customer needs and match parts, upgrades, or service solutions. You will communicate with maintenance managers and plant technicians, read machine drawings, and translate findings into accurate quotes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or hands-on mechanical experience.
• 1–3 years in technical/inside sales or related mechanical trade.
• Background with industrial equipment, plastics machinery, hydraulics, or electromechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell OEM replacement parts by understanding equipment, application, and failure mode.
• Read machine drawings and parts breakdowns to identify correct components.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process orders with pricing and lead times.
• Recommend upgraded or alternate parts while meeting targets.
• Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities to orders.
• Research parts and customer activity in ERP/CRM systems.
• Route non-parts opportunities to the appropriate team and coordinate handoffs.
