Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• 3 professional references.
• Experience with industrial parts, motors, compressors, hydraulics, controls, power transmission is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent math and computer/office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle showroom traffic.
• Respond to RFQs with timely quotes and gather customer details per SOP.
• Document pricing, delivery estimates, and quotations in ERP.
• Provide same-day quotations and update customers on status.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, packaging, and logistics.
• Maintain inventory and process returns and RMAs.
• Collaborate with vendors to source parts and solutions.
