Lubbock Electric Company is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help customers locate parts and equipment, deliver timely quotes, manage orders, and maintain proactive communication to minimize downtime. Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• English-Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and handle inquiries in person or by phone.
• Provide timely quotes and process quotes via ERP system.
• Enter customer details and equipment requirements per SOP.
• Research vendors and build sourcing for quotes.
• Deliver same-day quotations and update customers on status.
• Document quotations and orders in ERP; ensure accuracy.
• Package and ship orders; coordinate vendor shipments.
• Assist with returns and RMAs per terms & conditions.
• Maintain current on products and maintenance practices.
