Job summary

Epic Piping, LLC in Texas is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Paint team. You will apply paints, prepare surfaces, and operate coating equipment on a variety of surfaces, ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in industrial painting for Painter I; 3–5 years for Painter II; 5+ years for Painter III.
• Experience with surface prep, coatings, and safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply paints and coatings to various surfaces following MSDS and safety guidelines.
• Monitor gauges and adjust equipment to ensure proper viscosity and spray quality.
• Weigh chemicals and manage material flow for coatings.
• Operate coating machinery and transfer finished items to drying/storage areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on painting equipment.
• Assist foreman and lead painters on tasks and job assignments.
