The role requires operating heavy equipment, following SSPC painting practices, and maintaining safety standards in a large pole coating facility. The position involves reading blue prints, applying high‑build epoxies, and coordinating with team members to meet project specs.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and applying coatings per project specs.
• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations during paint/blast processes.
• Operate paint spray equipment and blasting tools with accuracy.
• Read labels, use PPE, and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and painting equipment safely.
