• Formal training in industrial painting is preferred.

• Reading and interpreting drawings and following work instructions.
• Ability to work with external and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule and prioritize daily work to paint and blast to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Review inventory against anticipated workload and submit requisitions for re-stocking.
• Design and implement work methods to increase productivity and improve service.
• Organize and maintain paint booth and blast area and dispose of waste generated.
• Mask units/product, mix viscosity, spray, and perform other duties as directed.
