Job summary

Senior Flexonics Pathway is seeking an Industrial Painter/Blaster to maintain and operate painting and blasting equipment, ensuring safety and quality in production. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and coordinating with the manufacturing team to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities include prioritizing daily tasks, managing materials, and following work instructions while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience preferred.
• Specialized knowledge of industrial painting techniques and tools such as zinc-based and epoxy paints.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule and prioritize daily work to meet customer delivery requirements while maintaining safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and prepare requisitions for re-stocking.
• Design and implement efficient work methods to increase productivity.
• Organize and maintain paint booth and blast area; dispose of waste properly.
• Mask units/products, mix viscosity, and spray.
