Qualifications

• 6+ months of painting experience in automotive or industrial settings.
• Strong math skills and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Able to wear a respirator and pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT).
• Willing to work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular, on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Apply primer, paint, and touch-up coatings using spray equipment and brushes.
• Mask and unmask parts to meet specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, washing, and conditioning; perform light bodywork if needed.
• Disassemble, clean, and maintain painting equipment (pumps, heaters, tanks, guns, etc.).
• Flush tanks and lines during color changes and inspect work for quality.
