Qualifications

• Six months of industrial painting experience or completion of internal paint training.
• Must be able to read checklists, paint codes and safety logs.
• Willingness to train in multiple areas to reach Painter II level.
• Automotive paint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prime, paint, and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes.
• Flush tanks, hoses, and guns before color changeovers.
• Mix paints for proper color, formula, viscosity, and consistency.
• Perform titrations and adjust chemicals as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per safety procedures and 6S.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure specifications are met.
