Industrial Painter - 2nd Shift

Pay: $21-24/hr.

2nd Shift: Mon-Thur

Description:

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for a manufacturing facility in York, PA. An ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and be familiar with industrial painting processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Industrial Painting experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in industrial painting techniques
• Knowledge of auto painting and auto body repair
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control
• Ability to fabricate and assemble components as needed
• Experience with machining and crane operation is a plus
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Job Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
• Apply paint using various methods such as airless paint spraying
• Operate and maintain painting equipment
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
