Qualifications

• Painting and bodywork aptitude required.
• Ability to read blueprints/work orders and understand technical documents.
• Basic manufacturing background and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer skills helpful but not required.
• Exceptional attendance and reliability essential.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Paint prep and painting of finished products, following supervisor directions.
• Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time completion of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of paint area and equipment.
• Operate and learn paint equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
