The Toro Tomah facility in Wisconsin is hiring a Paint Associate to prepare, hang, and remove parts on the paint line, ensuring efficient production flow and proper paint coverage. You will inspect parts for quality and maintain organization and safety in the work area.

You will work with team members to meet production goals, verify part numbers, and help with loading/unloading the paint line. The role emphasizes finishing standards, durability, and a commitment to a safe, clean workspace;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read procedures and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and company systems.
• Lift up to 40 lbs; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hang parts on paint line per specifications.
• Ensure proper spacing and alignment for coating coverage.
• Mask surfaces to protect areas from paint.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality before hanging.
• Assist with loading/unloading and organize workflow.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, defects.
• Maintain area cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Report issues to supervisors.
