Job summary

K+S Services, a SunSource company, seeks an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager to own a high-potential Central/Northern Ohio territory. You will build relationships, uncover opportunities, and manage your own book of business while solving customer industrial challenges.

Expect a role focused on new business development, proactive prospecting, and maintaining CRM-driven discipline. Travel may be required as you visit customers in industrial settings to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience preferred; hunter mentality required.
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
• Must have a valid driver_s license.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• 90% New Business Development: Grow the territory by developing new customers while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Cold call and prospect for new business opportunities within the Industrial Markets (MFG Plants, Industrial MFG Facilities, OEM).
• Manage a book of open orders to ensure customers are informed and satisfied.
• Update your CRM daily and design your schedule around an organized outside sales approach.
• Build relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations.
• Help solve customers’ problems and keep industry running.
