Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Irving, TX is seeking an Industrial Outside Sales professional to grow new and existing accounts in the industrial MRO and OEM markets.

You will develop territory plans, build long-term relationships, and provide consultative solutions while representing Crawford's value-add offerings. This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in the field, and strong communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• 2+ years of industry-related experience.
• Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
• High-level selling in industrial MRO and OEM markets; ability to develop key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and seek solutions for key industry segments.
• Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Optimize call routes to maximize field time and efficiency.
• Meet regularly with customers to understand needs and provide consultative solutions.
• Educate customers on Crawford’s value-add offerings and services.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the territory.
