Job summary

Weimer Bearing in Denver, CO is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue and expand customer relationships across a defined territory in the Power Transmission Specialties division.

You will travel regularly to prospect, qualify opportunities, build relationships with OEM/MRO customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional support and drive long-term growth. Prior outside sales in industrial distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales in industrial distribution.
• Must be able to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by expanding customer relationships in the assigned territory.
• Prospect, qualify and secure new business opportunities with OEM and MRO customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop long-term partnerships and provide product/service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
