Jacobs is seeking a qualified Information Technology professional to support our OT/IT services for OMFS facilities in the West region. You will help deliver secure, resilient technology that supports the daily treatment of water and protection of resources.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, networking, and security across OT/IT environments, with travel 33–50% and a hybrid working model behind a strong culture of safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven IT experience in medium business, municipal or enterprise IT.
• +3 years’ experience in IT with a service orientation.
• Cyber security and networking across multiple platforms.
• Certifications in IT/Cyber Security are a plus (e.g., CCNA, CEH, CISSP).
• Background in electrical or electronic practical applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities throughout the region (33–50%).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, servers, switches and security devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Support SCADA/HMI/PLC systems and OT/IT services.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams in a high‑pressure environment.
