Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an OT Technician to support our OMFS facilities in the West region. The role provides OT/IT services for daily operations affecting water treatment facilities, focusing on security, networking, and industrial systems. Travel (33–50%) and hands-on hardware work are required.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SCADA/HMI/PLC and a proactive, service-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware, networking equipment, and security assessments.
• Familiarity with OT/IT environments and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities throughout the region (33-50%).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, servers, switches, firewall appliances, cameras, and industrial hardware.
• Install and maintain PC/Server/Embedded OS and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues.
