Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Information Technology professional to support OT/IT services across the West region. You will enable our Operational Technology team to deliver safe, reliable, and secure technology for facilities handling vast water resources, with a focus on SCADA, HMI, PLC, and cyber security.

The role requires travel (33–50%), hands-on hardware and network work, and collaboration with the Regional Maintenance Team to ensure high availability of OT/IT systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting OT/IT environments in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of cyber security practices for industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with desktop, server hardware and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities throughout the region (33-50%).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, servers, switches, firewall appliances, and industrial hardware.
• Maintain PC/Server/Embedded OS and software; troubleshoot network and hardware issues.
• Support SCADA/HMI/PLC environments and ensure security best practices.
