Job summary

HF Sinclair seeks an OT System & Infrastructure Specialist to support fleet-wide OT infrastructure across multiple sites, including Dallas, Artesia, El Dorado, Tulsa, Casper, and more. You will administer OT servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls, backups, and lifecycle activities, ensuring patching and disaster recovery.

You will coordinate with refinery operations, IT, and vendors, document asset records and network diagrams, and assist with change control and security updates for

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of related OT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with industrial control systems and IACS environments.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, networking, firewalls, and industrial Ethernet.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support fleet-wide OT infrastructure systems.
• Provide advisory and hands-on support for OT infrastructure and IACS environments.
• Assist with configuration, lifecycle management, and patching of OT infrastructure standards.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, IT, vendors, and contractors to support OT system operation.
• Maintain and document OT asset records and network diagrams.
