Job summary

Danone North America is seeking an Automation & Operations Technology Engineer to shield OT environments, coordinate with IT and Cybersecurity teams, and drive automation improvements across Jacksonville, FL and Minster, OH. You will monitor threats, manage vendor access, and support patch campaigns during outages.

Requirements include 5+ years in automation/OT, a engineering degree, and hands-on PLC/OT security experience.

Qualifications

• OT cybersecurity program management.
• Industrial networking and protocols (OPC-UA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP).
• Rockwell/Siemens/Schneider PLC programming.
• Basic electrical knowledge for 24VDC/120VAC/480VAC systems.
• Experience with CAD tools and Visio.
• Familiarity with SCADA/HMI (Ignition, Wonderware, FactoryTalk).
• SQL programming is a plus.
• Microsoft Office and server environments.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Danone Global OT cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Daily health check on all OT systems.
• Continuous improvement of cybersecurity KPIs (vulnerability, alerts, backups).
• Monthly reporting of cybersecurity KPIs to leadership.
• Report high-priority incidents to automation and regional security teams.
• Industrial legacy system migration and asset management.
• Manage vendor remote and onsite access to OT systems.
• Participate in cybersecurity audits and maintain reports.
• Update industrial automation drawings and network monitoring.
• Organize Windows patch installs with Americas server infra team.
• Develop master plan for industrial networking and applications roadmap.
• Travel ~30–40% to Jacksonville or Minster as needed.
