Danone North America is hiring an Automation & Operations Technology Engineer to drive OT cybersecurity across Jacksonville, FL and Minster, OH. You will collaborate with plant operations and regional IT/security teams to enforce policies, monitor OT networks, and support automation projects.

The role requires 5+ years in automation, a relevant Engineering degree, and travel up to 40%. You’ll work with tools like Claroty, OT security platforms, and PLC programming across major vendors.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automation and operations technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity policies, tooling, and governance.
• Strong PLC programming knowledge across Rockwell/Siemens/Schneider ecosystems.
• Proficiency in networking protocols and industrial automation architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce Danone Global OT cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Daily health check on all OT systems.
• Continuous improvement of cybersecurity KPIs (vulnerability, alerts, backups).
• Monthly reporting of cybersecurity KPI’s to plant leadership.
• Manage vendor remote/onsite access to OT systems.
• Support automation improvement projects and patch campaigns during shutdowns.
• Participate in cybersecurity audits and maintain audit reports.
• Maintain and update industrial automation architecture drawings and network monitoring.
• Organize Windows patch installs with Americas server infra team.
• Travel ~30-40% to Jacksonville or Minster as needed.
