Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automation and operations technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 10+ years in food manufacturing IT/automation.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity program management and industrial networking.
• Must speak English; able to travel 30-40% and work hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Danone Global OT cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Daily health checks on all OT systems.
• Improve cybersecurity KPI and patch management during outages.
• Report monthly cybersecurity KPI to leadership.
• Manage vendor remote/onsite access to OT systems.
• Organize Windows patch installs with Americas team.
• Develop master plan for industrial networking and applications.
• Travel to Jacksonville or Minster as needed (~30-40%).
