Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations across multiple teams at industrial facilities in California. The role focuses on delivering efficiency, quality, safety, and reliable site performance while leading supervisors and coordinating with safety, HR, and support departments.

You will develop policies, optimize workflows, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement. On-site work with exposure to environmental conditions and PPE requirements will be essential.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, read fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required.
• Work outside in environmental conditions including extreme heat or cold.
• Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other conditions typical of an industrial facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day operations across multiple teams or locations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety performance.
• Provides leadership, direction, and support to supervisors and team members to achieve operational objectives.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and performance metrics that align with company goals.
• Coordinates resources, schedules, and workflows to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Partners with safety, HR, and other departments to promote compliance, training, and continuous improvement.
• Analyzes operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
