Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Operations Assistant for a heavy industrial facility in the United States. You will report to the Facility Manager and provide hands-on administrative and operational support for production data entry, work orders, inventory management, and material handling to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities include entering daily production data, processing work orders, receiving non-metal deliveries, and supporting inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in an industrial, warehouse, plant support, or operations assistant role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook; ability to learn facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily production data accurately in facility systems and reports.
• Create, update, and track work orders and service requests to support operations and maintenance teams.
• Receive, process, and document incoming non metal deliveries (e.g., plant and office supplies).
• Support inventory management activities, including tracking, organization, and periodic counts.
