Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking an Operations Assistant for our heavy industrial facility in Falls Township, PA. You will handle data entry, work orders, inventory tasks, and material handling to support safe and efficient plant operations.

The role requires comfort in a loud industrial environment, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Training for forklift operation will be provided, with occasional offsite errands as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial/warehouse or operations role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn facility systems (Excel/Outlook).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily production data in facility systems and reports.
• Create, update, and track work orders and service requests for operations and maintenance teams.
• Receive and document incoming non-metal deliveries and support inventory management.
• Physically receive inbound deliveries and move materials with forklifts or similar equipment.
• Support offsite errands to source parts and materials; coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.
