Job summary

Base is building a manufacturing‑focused network across offices, warehouses, and factory locations. We seek a Network Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain VLANs, routing, and VPNs, while ensuring secure, reliable OT/IT operations.

You will work on manufacturing infrastructure, servers, and network closets, collaborating with IT and security teams, and will wear many hats—from design to day-to-day operations—at a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with OT infrastructure, manufacturing networks and uptime-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain the network at all Base locations, including VLANs, routing, and VPN.
• Monitor network performance and proactively install, configure, and improve network equipment.
• Maintain firewalls, keeping rules and policies current, and maintain network documentation.
