Responsibilities

• Network maintenance: manage routers, switches, cabling.
• Production floor IT: hardware and network support.

• Document site-specific network configurations and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.
• Manage IT projects per standards.
• Printer support at assigned locations.
