Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and support all computer and network components at assigned locations, including servers, switches, and cabling. They configure Cisco switches, document network configurations, ensure production floor connectivity, and resolve hardware/software issues.

The role requires three years of related experience, VLAN expertise, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience
• Deep understanding of VLANs and network components
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in a plant/industrial environment
• Roles may require 24/7 on-call support

Responsibilities

• Network Maintenance: support and manage routers, switches, and cabling
• Production Floor: hardware and network support for production systems
• System Configuration: configure Cisco switches for LAN functionality
• Documentation: maintain site-specific tech docs and SOPs
• Troubleshooting: diagnose network, hardware, and software issues
• Project Management: execute IT projects per standards
• Printer Support: support printer functions at locations
