Job summary

Base is building a next-generation network for a rapidly growing manufacturing company. The Network Administrator will design, deploy, and operate the network across Base locations, including OT components on the factory floor.

You will own VLANs, routing, VPNs, and day-to-day network operations to ensure reliability. You will collaborate with IT and security teams to uphold security standards, maintain documentation, and support server and network infrastructure on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with OT infrastructure and manufacturing networks is a plus.
• Experience with Unifi networking equipment and Palo Alto firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain network across Base locations including VLANs, routing, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and proactively configure and upgrade equipment.
• Maintain firewalls, rules, and network documentation (topology, standards, procedures).
• Support manufacturing IT/OT infrastructure including servers and related systems on the factory floor.
