Job summary

E&I Sales Co is seeking an experienced Industrial Motor Application Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma. You will partner with customers, sales, and manufacturing partners to select and apply motor technologies for a wide range of industrial applications, providing technical expertise and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial motor applications, drives, or related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of motors, VFDs, controls, and power transmission.

Responsibilities

• Select and size low-voltage and medium-voltage NEMA and IEC motors based on application requirements.
• Support customers, end users, and the sales team with technical questions and application challenges.
• Work closely with manufacturers and customers to develop effective, cost-conscious solutions.
• Prepare technical quotations, specifications, and application documentation.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving in the field when needed.
• Stay informed on industry standards, products, and new technologies related to motors, drives, and industrial automation.
